Each grape variety is destemmed and vinified separately. The juice are pumped over during fermentation in concrete tanks. The vatting lasts three weeks. Blending after filtering.

EYE : cherry-red color.
NOSE : classic aromas of wild berries.
PALATE : flavours of red fruits with a prolonged body and supple tannins.
